Purpose: to investigate the state of clinical component continuum psychological adaptationmaladaptation in patients with a dermatological profile diseases various levels vital threat, order develop, future, personalized psychocorrection programs for this category patients. Contingent and research methods. On basis informed consent, compliance principles biomedical ethics deontology, we examined 120 who were treated three branches clinic “Dr. Zapolska Clinic” during 2020-2021, namely: 60 non-vital (seborrheic keratosis L82, condylomas A63.0, angiomas D18.0, pigmentation disorders L80), posing threat ( melanoma C43, basal cell carcinoma C44, skin D04). The results. Among diseases, there are both psychologically adapted maladapted individuals, regardless vitality/non-vitality pathological process. persons signs maladjustment majority individual or manifestations neuroticism high level psycho-emotional tension, while sample presence maladaptive manifestations, tension predominate , as well pronounced pathopsychological symptoms syndromic and/or nosological delineation. In maladjustment, picture is dominated by anxious (mainly diseases) depressive radicals, auxiliary psychopathological constructs represented somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity phobic anxiety. Affective symptomatology most it less pathology, severity indicators anxiety-depressive response subjects without maladaptation does not differ significantly depending on nature pathology (non-vital vital). intensity pathopsychological-affective reactions varying degrees clearly associated vitality process, but based more complex mechanisms mutual influence biological predisposition psychosocial factors, mosaic combination which determines individual’s resource capabilities constructive acceptance fact disease development an adequate strategy its mastery, disease.
